"Tabata Something Else"
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

But what do you do with all that leftover turkey after Turkey Day?? Below is a meal you can eat twice using those yummy, healthy leftovers!/p
p class=copy7 ounces cooked turkey, cut upbr /1 cup cooked barleybr /4 ounces white winebr /2 ½ cups, canned asparagus, drained and cut upbr /1 ½ cups chopped frozen onionsbr /16 sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, choppedbr /4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheesebr /4 cups no-fat chicken stockbr /2-3 pinches saffron, optionalbr /1 tablespoon dry basilbr /½ teaspoon kosher or sea saltbr /Olive oil cooking spray/p
p class=copyInstructions:br /Spray olive oil in a non-stick skillet. Add onion, garlic, basil and salt and cook on medium low heat for 5 minutes. Add sun-dried tomatoes, stock, white wine and saffron. Bring to a boil for about 3 minutes. Add turkey and cooked barley and cook on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes. Add asparagus and cook for another two minutes. Add Parmesan cheese and season with pepper and salt if needed. A romaine salad with a squeeze of lemon juice or balsamic vinegar would be a nice addition./p
