CrossFit at 5:30 AM will be "on your own" due to a death in Sean Simon's family. He will not be at Na Pu'uwai the week of March 31st to April 4th. He will be there 5:30 sharp on April 7th and 9th, as well as 6:30 PM on the 10th. We apologize for the inconvenience and inconsistency... HOWEVER, we do have homework...

Remember, every Monday we will be running a "Fight Gone Bad" at the Na Pu'uwai Fitness Center. Drop by between 5:30 and 7:00 AM to participate or just work on some skills.
Ahhh... Fight Gone Bad. Our favorite (?) workout. Next Monday we will host one more at the Fitness Center. St. Patrick's Day participants can just watch. Here is a great little video from CrossFit Central out of Austin, Texas:

We know 5:30 is awful early, but then it is out of the way. By 6:30 Monday morning these guys have done more athletically than most people will do all week.
We will be back at the Fitness Center at 6:30 PM on Wednesday. This will be a light session. We promise.
